How long will it take to get my photos?
My typical turn-around time is four weeks from the session for portraits. Within one week, you will receive a sneak peak of a few photos to keep the excitement going and then the rest of the gallery will soon follow around week four.
What happens if you get sick and can't photograph me?
I will make reasonable efforts to arrange a substitute photographer who is prepared to perform the services for the price agreed upon. In the event that I cannot provide a photographer, payment in full will be returned to the client.
Can I have the Copyright to my photos?
I grant clients a non-exclusive license to print or reproduce images downloaded from the photo gallery for their personal use only. The client may share the high-resolution photos delivered to their personal or business social media accounts and must credit/tag myself as the photographer. The license does not permit the client to screenshot and share poor quality images and/or edit/alter the photos in any way.
What if I need to reschedule?
In the event that a client requests a reschedule on account of illness, emergency or any cause outside of their control, The retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot (or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency). If ample notice is not provided, an additional $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. If the client cancels giving less than 24 hours notice prior to the shoot or fails to show on time, all payments made will be forfeited.
How many photos do I get?
I am unique in the fact that I do not limit the number of photos that the client gets from the session. I have to edit all the photos presented in the gallery, so it doesn't make much sense for me to allow only 10 downloads and then charge an additional fee for those thereafter. Each client receives the entire gallery that turns out during post-processing.
